- With your strategic mindset, you act as a sparring partner for our clients, founders, and are the first point of contact for all financial business-related questions
- You are part of the core team for financing rounds, are significantly involved in business planning together with the management and translate scenarios into tangible financial plans
- You are responsible for setting up controlling structures and KPI systems to support corporate management as well as reporting to investors
- You ensure that BWAs, annual financial statements and quarterly reports are available on time and act as our interface to economic and tax audits as well as contact person for tax advice
- You take over the team leadership for the finance team and lead it with a cooperative management style.

Your profile
- You have at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the area of finance in a company, at an auditing firm or a management consulting firm
- You have a very good university degree in business administration, finance or a related field of study
- You have the ambition to build something big within a startup culture and have ideally already proven this in the past
- Your way of working is characterized by structure and organization, with a high degree of personal responsibility and an analytical mindset
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in e-commerce, logistics or in another startup / scaleup
- You are business fluent in German and English
