Buchhalter/in - Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten zu Accounting und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Operative Buchführung, vorbereitende Buchhaltung sowie Interimsmanagement u.a. als Accountant
  • Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen und Management von Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung der best of class Accounting- und Dokumentenmanagement Tools
  • Durchführung von buchhalterischen Aufgaben sowie das Buchen von buchhalterischen Sachverhalten, z.B. Rückstellungen, Personalkosten, Bankenklärung, offene Posten, Buchen von Eingangs- und Ausgangsbelegen
  • Review und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Steuerberatenden und Banken
Ihr Profil
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse der Buchhaltung und im Aufsetzen von Accounting Prozessen
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement insbesondere im Handling von Steuerberatern und Finanzamt
  • Du kannst einfache Projekte eigenständig verantworten
  • Du kannst aktiv buchen in mindestens einem Buchhaltungssystem, z.B. DATEV, Microsoft NAV o.ä.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung aus min. einem weiteren buchhalterischen Spezialthema mit, z.B. OSS, Intercompany-Verrechnungen, IFRS, Payroll, Kenntnisse von zusätzlichen Softwaresystemen wie Lucanet
  • Du hast erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Prozess-Automatisierung und Tools im Accounting
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
  • Eine hohe Arbeitsmoral und Selbstständigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten sind Dir wichtig
  • Organisationstalent und eine präzise Arbeitsweise sind Deine Stärken
  • Eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine offene und authentische Persönlichkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Projektbezogener Arbeit begegnest Du mit Engagement und Freude

Your mission
  • Implementation of consulting projects on accounting and back-office issues in fast-growing companies
  • Operational accounting, preparatory accounting as well as interim management, e.g. as accountant
  • Execution of monthly closings and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Development and implementation of best of class accounting and document management tools
  • Execution of accounting tasks as well as posting of accounting issues, e.g. accruals, personnel costs, bank clarification, open items, posting of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Review and optimization of interfaces with tax advisors and banks
Your profile
  • You have a completed vocational training in the commercial field or a completed university degree
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience
  • You have very good knowledge of accounting and in setting up accounting processes
  • You have experience in stakeholder management, especially in handling tax advisors and the tax office
  • You are able to manage simple projects independently
  • You can actively post in at least one accounting system, e.g. DATEV, Microsoft NAV or similar.
  • You have experience in at least one other special accounting topic, e.g. OSS, intercompany accounting, IFRS, payroll, knowledge of additional software systems such as Lucanet.
  • You have advanced knowledge in the area of process automation and tools in accounting
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
  • You are characterized by a high work ethic and independence
  • A sense of responsibility and conscientious work are important to you
  • Organizational skills and a precise way of working are your strengths
  • You have excellent communication skills and an open and authentic personality
  • You approach project-related work with commitment and pleasure
