- Management of consulting projects on accounting and back-office issues in fast-growing companies
- You take on project management, key account management and interim mandates, e.g. as VP or Director Accounting
- Conducting analysis workshops, recording the current state and developing solution concepts as well as dealclosing
- Interim management: implementation of project tasks through interim mandates
- Tools: Development and implementation of best-in-class finance tools
- Processes: Setting up lean and best practice processes in finance and administrative areas, e.g. automations and digitalizations
- Work on relevant accounting topics at our clients, e.g. execution of annual financial statements including management report and notes and consolidated financial statements including consolidation
- Review and optimization of interfaces to service providers, tax consultancies and banks
- Management of a small team (5 employees)

Your mission
Your profile
- A degree or training in economics, finance, mathematics or similar is a nice to have, not a must have
- Additional qualifications, e.g. a completed training in balance sheet accounting
- You have relevant work experience, e.g. as VP or Director Accounting, preferably in a start-up or consulting environment
- You have very good accounting skills according to HGB and IFRS, knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
- You have very good DATEV knowledge and advanced knowledge in another accounting system, such as MS Dynamics or SAP
- You have experience in process automation and digitization and are familiar with various finance tools
- You are very good to excellent in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- You are able to lead and manage teams (>5 FTE) and take responsibility for complex projects independently
- You have good to excellent knowledge of consolidation software or systems, especially Lucanet
- You have experience in other special accounting topics, such as OSS, intercompany accounting, IFRS, international payroll or company constructs
- You have experience as an interface to various stakeholders, e.g. in handling tax consultancies, investors, tax office incl. external/special audit, banks or audits, internal audit or service providers
- You have good communication skills in German and English (approx. C1)
