Ihre Aufgaben

Unterstützung in Beratungsprojekten zu Accounting und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate z.B. als Accountant oder Finance Manager
Tools: Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Accounting und Finance Tools
Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen
Mitwirkung bei Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, vorbereitender Buchhaltung, Monatsabschlüssen und weiteren buchhalterischen Sachverhalten bei Kundenunternehmen
Ausbau der unternehmensinternen Dokumentationsplattform

Ihr Profil

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist ein nice to have, kein must have
Du hast erste relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Junior Accountant oder Finance Manager, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Beratungsumfeld
Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung und kennst Dich mit verschiedenen Finance und Accounting Tools aus
Du bist sehr gut in Excel und/oder Google Sheets
Du kennst Dich in DATEV Unternehmen Online und optional in einem anderen Vorerfassungssystem, z.B. Spendesk, aus
Erfahrung in weiteren Spezialthemen (z.B. Vertiefung VAT oder OSS, Intercompany-Verrechnungen, Importe aus Shopsystemen, Payroll- oder ERP-Zusatztools) sind ein Plus
Du hast gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse
Du hast erste Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatungen, Banken und Klienten
Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und Englisch (ca. B1)
Du hast Erfahrung und/oder Lust auf abwechslungsreiche projektbezogene Arbeit

Your mission

Support in consulting projects on accounting and back-office issues in fast-growing companies
Interim management: Implementation of project tasks through interim mandates e.g. as accountant or finance manager
Tools: Support in the development and implementation of best-in-class accounting and finance tools
Processes: Setting up lean and best practice processes in finance and administrative areas, e.g. automations and digitalizations
Involvement in incoming and outgoing invoices, preparatory accounting, monthly financial statements and other accounting issues at client companies
Expansion of the company's internal documentation platform

Your profile

A degree or training in economics, finance, mathematics or similar is a nice to have, not a must have
You have first relevant work experience, e.g. as a junior accountant or finance manager, preferably in a start-up or consulting environment
You have experience in process automation and digitization and are familiar with various finance and accounting tools
You are very good in Excel and/or Google Sheets
You are familiar with DATEV Unternehmen Online and optionally with another pre-recording system, e.g. Spendesk
Experience in other special topics (e.g. specialization in VAT or OSS, intercompany accounting, imports from store systems, payroll or ERP add-on tools) are a plus
You have good accounting skills
You have first experience as an interface to different stakeholders, e.g. in handling tax consultancies, banks and clients
You have excellent communication skills in German and English
You have experience and/or desire for varied project-related work
