Ihre Aufgaben

Du bist der erste persönliche Kontaktpunkt für Kandidat*innen während unseres Rekrutierungsprozesses, z.B. Auswahl der Kandidat*innen, Korrespondenz mit den Kandidat*innen, Führen von Erstgesprächen
Du unterstützt den gesamten Einstellungsprozess von der Erstellung der Stellenanzeige bis zur Vertragserstellung
Du bist verantwortlich für das Tagesgeschäft im Personalbereich, z. B. für die Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterakten oder die Erstellung von Zeugnissen
Du hilfst bei der Gewinnung neuer Talente, indem du unsere Arbeitgebermarke kommunizierst und innovative Rekrutierungsstrategien entwickelst
Du unterstützt das Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder
Die Verbesserung von HR-Tools und die eigenständige Arbeit an HR-bezogenen Projekten gehören zu deinen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Erziehungswissenschaften, Soziologie o.ä.
Du verfügst idealerweise über erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
Du verfügst über exzellente organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, bist aufgeschlossen und kannst mehrere Aufgaben bewältigen
Ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zeitmanagement gehören zu deinen Stärken
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse (C2)

Your mission

You are the first personal touchpoint for candidates during our recruiting process, e.g. selection of candidates, candidate correspondence, leading first meetings
you help to support the whole recruitment process from creating work advertisement to contract creation
you are responsible for the day-to-day HR operations as the administration of employee files or creation of certificates
you help to attract new talents by communicating our employer brand and developing innovative recruitment strategies
you support the onboarding experience of new team members
improvement of HR tools and independent work on HR-related projects belong to your tasks

Your profile

You are a student of Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science, Sociology or similar
ideally, you have first practical experiences in the HR field
you have strong organizational and communicational skills, an open mindset and are able to handle multiple tasks
a strong sense of responsibility and time management skills belong to your strengths
good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
excellent German and English language skills (C2)
